Balkh Legends was stopped from their third win by Paktia Panthers. Paktia Panthers defeated Balkh Legends by 37 runs and took the top spot in the points table. In the seventh game of the season having won the toss and electing to bowl Balkh legends were facing a stiff target of 205 runs to take their third win in a row. Cameron Delport fireworks helped Paktia Panthers to a huge total. Delport remained unbeaten scoring 70 runs from 48 balls. His innings contained 6 sixes and was amply supported by Mohammad Shahzad(42), Ihsanullah Janat(47).
Chasing the huge total Balkh Legends were all out in 19 overs for the score of 167. Mohammad Nabi top scored with 40 runs from 15 balls. The team expected some powerful hitting from Chris Gayle at the top but the player could only have a short stay at the crease scoring 20 from 10 balls.
