Naveen from Haryana Steelers was the top scorer of the game with 17 points. While no other players in both the teams fared even anywhere near to Naveen he wasn’t able to lift Haryana Steelers to victory and went down fighting to the Jaipur Pink Panthers. At halfway stage, both teams were locked with 12 points each.
In the second half Jaipur showed more aggression and went ahead only to see Haryana fight back, but when the final whistle blew team fell 3 points short and went down 36-33.
Nitin Rawal starred for Jaipur with 11 points and found support from Anup Kumar and Deepak Hooda. Both players took 6 points each for the triumphant Jaipur Pink Panthers. Both teams were even in the raiding department scoring 22 points each.
Jaipur had a clear upper hand in defense with an 11-7 lead. The team also took 2 all out points. In the Extra points category, Haryana led 4-1.
