India win silver, Suraj Panwar finishes second in 5000m walk

India won their 8th silver from Youth Olympics being held in Argentina. Suraj Panwar finished second and won India a silver medal from the 5000m Race Walk. India is placed 8th and has won 3 gold and 8 silver from the Youth Olympics till now.
