2014 World Cup winner Andre Schurrle’s 71st-minute goal decided the fate of ATK as the ISL club goes down fighting at the Pinatar Arena. The match ended goalless in the first half with Fulham dominating the proceedings.
In the second half also Fulham FC started promisingly but Arindam Bhattacharya came up with some great saves to keep things under control. In the 71st minute, Schurrle breaks the deadlock and puts Fulham FC ahead. The german received the ball outside the box and curls it into the bottom right corner of the net.

With more than 20 minutes left to save the game, ATK forwards pressed ahead but couldn’t find the equalizer and with the final whistle blowing Fulham FC emerged winner with a solitary goal.
