Kochi, September 15, 2022: Kerala Blasters FC announces the start of ticket sales to their opening match in Hero Indian Super League Season 9. Marking a return to their home ground after two years of football played in a bio-bubble, the club will face East Bengal FC in their opening fixture. Ticket sales to the team’s first home match on October 7th is now open.
One97 Communications Limited, India’s largest digital payments company and the owner of Paytm and Paytm Insider continue as KBFC’s official ticketing partners. Fans can now purchase tickets to the first home match, happening in Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Kaloor, on PAYTM and Insider.in website and mobile application. The ticket prices start from INR 299 for the galleries to INR 1999 for VIP Hospitality.

Enhanced Fan Experience
To ensure the absolute best experience for their fans at the stadium as they return to cheer for their favorite team after a hiatus, the entry for all online tickets will be paperless, just like season 5 and 6. Fans will no longer have to waste their time in long queues to change their online tickets into physical copies. As soon as a ticket is purchased online, an e-ticket will be sent to the purchaser’s registered email address and mobile number. All a fan has to do to watch their favorite players play live is scan their e-ticket QR code at the stadium’s entry gates. However, for security reasons, it is mandatory for every fan to carry a valid ID card of the person who booked the ticket.
In addition to this, the club has made attempts to further refurbish certain sections of the stadium with family and children zones. These zones will include mini-play areas, change rooms, etc. for a smoother stadium experience, especially for families attending the matches with younger children.
