In a friendly match played between the yesteryear players of FC Barcelona and Mohun Bagan the European giants beat the Indian club. Barcelona legends gave their Indian counterparts a 6 – 0 drubbing. Former Argentine player Javier Saviola started the goal-scoring spree. Barcelona were leading in the first half with goals from Roger Garcia and Landi.
In the second half, a brace from Litmanen saw FC Barcelona extending their lead. Jofre hit the final nail in the coffin of Mohun Bagan with minutes in to the Injury time.
