Bangladesh Cricket Board has refused to give NOC to pacer Mustafizur Rahman for the upcoming auction for the Indian Premier League. BCB cited fitness concerns of the player and with World Cup next year they have taken this decision. Mumbai Indians has released him ahead of the 2019 IPL Auction.
