Sri Lanka Cricket today announced all-rounder Thisara Perera as their captain for the lone T20I against England which is scheduled on Oct 27, Saturday at R. Premadasa Stadium Colombo. Upul Tharanga and Danushka Guanathilaka are dropped from the team.
