Trivandrum Corporate T20 Tournament conducted by Trivandrum District Cricket Association kicked off in style at the KCA Mangalapuram Stadium. In the opening day IBS, Allianz, and Guidehouse won their matches against UST Global, Spericorn and Qburst respectively. In close games, IBS beat UST Global by 11 runs and Allianz got better of Spericorn Technology by 12 runs. In the third match of the day, GuideHouse got better of Qburst.
On the second day of the tournament three matches were scheduled at the KCA Mangalapuram Stadium. In the opening game of the day Imperial Kitchen had a thumping win over Envestnet. This match was followed up by Infosys vs Palazhy in which Infosys emerged victorious.
16 teams are grouped into four groups with the top two teams entering quarterfinals. The group round matches of the will be held at KCA stadiums at Mangalapuram and St Xaviers Thumba and the tournament moves to Sports Hub, Trivandrum for the later part.
Group A: IBS, UST Global, Imperial Kitchen, Envestnet
Group B: GuideHouse, Qburst, Finastra, ITC
Group C: SAB, PRS, ICICI, TCS
Group D: Infosys, Palazhy, Allianz, Spericorn
