Mate Pavic and Bruno Soares lift US Open men’s doubles title

Brazilian Bruno Soares and Croatian Mate Pavic lift this year’s US Open men’s doubles title. In the final, they beat the Netherlands-Croatian pair Wesley Koolfof and Nikola Mektic. Pavic and Bruno beat the eighth seed opponents in straight sets.

Pavic and Bruno break the opponent’s final service in the first set and won it 7-5. Then in the second set, they find the break much earlier and wins the set 6-3. Brazilian Bruno Soares won the Grandslam title before but as a pair, it’s a first Grandslam title for the Brazilian-Croatian duo.
