Strong performance by India on Day 2

India had a collapse in the middle session after Prithvi Shaw took off to a flier with Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli following him back to pavilion and India were 162/4 at one stage. From there on Ajinkya Rahane and Rishabh Pant took India forward and ended day two at 308/4 just 3 runs behind Windies first Innings Total.

India lost KL Rahul(4) but Prithvi Shaw had put on 61 runs for the opening wicket and was in no mood to calm down. He perished after scoring 75 from 53 balls and then followed a mini collapse with Cheteshwar Pujara(10) and Virat Kohli(45) falling.

Earlier in the day Umesh Yadav swept through the Windies tail and they were all out for 311. Roston Chase top scored with 106 runs and Umesh Yadav had a sixfer from the match.
