The spoils were shared at JRD Tata Sports Complex after Jamshedpur and ATK settled for a draw with the scoreline reading 1-1. Both goals came in the first half and in the second even though with Jamshedpur having a majority of the possession they failed to convert. Jamshedpur was a better side but failed to take full points.
Jamshedpur took the lead in the 35th minute of the game after Sergio Cidoncha scoring for the hosts. But the score was level just before the first half ended as Manuel Lanzarote scored a beautiful goal. With this draw, Jamshedpur FC climbed to the second spot.
