A slender margin of two points helped Puneri Paltan beat Bengaluru Bulls. Bulls were superior in raiding department and matched even with Paltan in Defense. They also had the advantage of making Pune all out once but the extra points grabbed by Pune changed the match in favor of them.
At halftime, Bengaluru was leading 13-10 but the second half saw a change of fortunes for Pune and the hosts won 27-25. Akshay Jadhav who came as Substitute for Paltan changed the match for them with 5 points out of which three came as bonus points.
Kashiling Adake was top scorer of the game with 8 points and Pawan Sehrawat supported Kashi with 6 points but these efforts were not enough to give victory for Bengaluru.
In the raiding department, Bengaluru led 13-12 and both teams matched each other with 10 points in tackle points. In extra points, Pune took five points against zero by Bengaluru.
